both are not that great but they would give a lil more speed-punsh to the army :)

Yup, we are stuck in tier 2. Same with Daemons, Vulkan, and so on. Tier 1 is BA/SW/IG

i made a variation of the god hammer for 1850, it uses 2 primes like urs but with regen. it uses 2 tervs with regen and both powers, 2 minimal gaunt squads teamed up with the primes who are mainly combat synapse and objectives up the bored. same hive guard as you, but only 2 trygons, both with regen. 2 squads of 15 gargoyles. i borrowed modells the other day and played it and is more well rounded i find. 2 trygons lessens the kick, but you get more gargoyles, and trygon/tervs are more survivable

Somewhere, a litter of kittens just died. I love this list, and this might just be the motivation I need to build my third Trygon and buy 5 more Hive Guard. Yay Nids! :D

Personally I do note like this list. There are two reasons. 1). I like a good balanced list with a bit of everything, and 2). Like what you said, everything has a dedicated job, and cannot deviate from it.

I do however like the video. You explained everything well and got a good shot of your army, keep up with the awesome videos mate!
