@pinkypiedinosaur Aww... sorry that didn't work out for you. (Or your dad! ;A; ) But you have something to look forward to now! X3 I used a Photoshop brush... it just looks like those crazy flowers... And then I put an outward glow on them. :3 Yay for lazy decorations!

@pinkypiedinosaur GIMP2 is a free, legal, and a pretty decent overall program that has a lot of the same features as Photoshop. While it is free and has great potential for professional looking art, it's not very user-friendly, so it will take some time to learn all the tools and things. :3
