Update; triangulation of point of origin.
Search coordinates 69° 1' 44",19° 17' 16" on Google Maps and it will land you right where the eyewitness in this video is filming from, due east.
Or better yet, use this horrendously long link http://www.gulesider.no/kart/#lat%3D7691952.95626%26lon%3D909317.2559%26zoom%... to look at a better resolution sattelite image.
Triangulation along with a picture from Breivika Harstad shows the point of origin to be somewhere in or near the White Sea.
Here is the location of the image from Breivika, Harstad:

And here is the location where the photographer was standing, pointing East: http://www.gulesider.no/kart/#lat%3D1144%26lon%3D1533.15645%26zoom%3D0%26laye...
(note, the view is flipped eastwards for your viewing pleasure. Note the photographer's neighbours, the two red houses and the white one. then compare it with the picture). I found this by searching the name of the photographer in the phonebook and looking up his address. I wagered that he shot the picture from his porch, and I was right. Norway is a small country. he's the only one with that name, so the choice was obvious.
A third point of vantage, also due East is from the town of Tromsø.
this is the image: http://www.itromso.no/bilder/article316420.ece?imageIndex=21#pageTop
and this is the location
http://www.gulesider.no/kart/#lat%3D1567%26lon%3D3296.55429%26zoom%3D2%26laye...
(note, it's been flipped east-due for your convenience).
The halogene shopsign in the photo is Råfiskelaget, a business here in Tromsø. The pier with the boats and even the lifesave floating-ring hanging on a post can be seen in the photo as well as the bird-view map. The bent bow of blue lights is the bridge leading to the mainland.
here it is on the map http://www.gulesider.no/kart/#lat%3D7758331.9428%26lon%3D885122.86899%26zoom%...
(note, unlike the bird's view, the map is not tilted. it has north upwards)
God bless the internet and satelite images.
(debunking theories that it is coming from the Eiscat facilities in Ramfjorden, which is due north-east from Harstad (first image), due north-west from Skjold (this video) and due south-east from Tromsø (last image). Also debunking the theory that it is a projector image. No projector known to man can shoot this far).
Send me a personal message via youtube if you want more references to the triangulation or if you wish to share information.
We're still looking for the truth, whatever this was.
Ah ok so its a rocket that make a perfect static spiral in the sky with 2 smoke directions and another blue spiral from the center, ok amm... and what rocket made this?

do you mean static as in it didn't move? it moved. the rest I dunno, since I'm not a rocket scientist. official story says it is a Bulava-53 rocket. One theory is that it selfdestructed, blowing the top off so to faster burn up the solid fuel inside, making it spin in a constant circle until burned up. the rest is near-zero gravity math.

@55roberto55 another theory is that the pattern seen is a new kind of counter-measure against the NATO missile shield. the Bulava is said to have one such means, but nobody has seen it in action yet (or rather, until now).
I like both those theories better than secret government rayguns and earthquake-machines.
