Let's Play MegaMari - 1 Credit Clear - Part 1: Cirno

A new project begins! MegaMari's English patch was just released today, so I did a 1CC run of the game in celebration.

Unlike Super Marisa World (which isn't going away, so don't fret) and its whenever-I-feel-like-it release schedule, I'll be releasing one MegaMari video a day, probably at about midnight Eastern. I actually beat the game from start to finish tonight so all of the eight stage videos are done (still need to do the necessary VirtualDub work to create the fortress videos). I feel using passwords taints the purity of any sort of special MegaMan run, such as a 1CC or a Buster Duel.

Part 1 here is Cirno because she's far and away the easiest boss to BD. The only reason I wouldn't suggest starting with her for people unfamiliar to the game is because her stage is pretty tricky to traverse.

Kedama are useful as generic enemies. I believe they appear as actual enemies in Perfect Cherry Blossom, too, and maybe Embodiment of Scarlet Devil as well.

I hate to say it but I perfered the ice Vulcan for some reason in this game. I was able to mow down bunnies for fun.

I tried to one-life clear this. The castle stage four boss laughed in my face and then killed off all of the lives I had gotten up to that point. Stupid teapot thing.
