Slow down, observe, think and act.
Please don't response to this comment, just think.

I was just hoping for an alternative to harper, but I kind of like this guy. He seems to have principles...all this stuff about accountability, taking questions, getting in touch with the ppl, government transparency. And his policy seems sound. Could use more environmental stuff, but he def has my vote.

@Mk1rceme MI is not raising citizen taxes and our corporate tax isnt even that high. SH produced the largest deficit in Canadian history, and hasent even delivered on the traditional tory agenda; smaller government, less taxation, and balanced budget. The 1 thing he has managed to do is lower taxes, and only the corporate tax. And then theres the issue of being found in contempt, controlling the media, ruining canadas international relations, no environmental policy, spending on prisons...

It really doesn't matter who the warden of the prison is, as the slop they feed the prisoners will always taste the same. People know that, and that's why such a low percentage of the population actually vote. In February of 2013 I will move to Costa Rica to retire full time. Canada's politicians can flood the country with immigrants, destroy the health care system even further, and drive the country into bankruptcy. I feel sorry for those who must remain in this prison called Canada.

@Mk1rceme tax cuts don't spur growth. "an analysis of Statistics Canada figures by The Globe and Mail reveals that the rate of investment in machinery and equipment has declined in lockstep with falling corporate tax rates over the past decade"
i'm sure you'll just dismiss this as some liberal propaganda, but the facts are taken straight from the stats canada website. i'm sorry but you are wrong about tax breaks, and they are costing us billions.

@chrischateau1 really how does that help? by reducing the available funds needed to pay of debt? that like trying to pay all your bills then taking a pay cut how does that help you pay your bills? what is needed is to increase jobs to increase the number of people paying taxes and in turn increasing revenue and in turn giving more money to pay off debt.

"The next Prime Minister of Canada, Michael Ignatieff!"
Please, [deity of your choice]. Let this happen. Canada needs it

@xXGriff25Xx Sure, lets go the Libs way...tax the crap out of everyone and the corporations who keep money flowing to Canadians...sounds like a plan of disaster waiting to happen.
I know, comment pending approval...gotta keep the naysayers out. Typical Libs.
Finally a leader that can set his ego aside and work with us, not for himself.
