Freedom Fest in Las Vegas is described as the largest gathering of free minds. But it's also building momentum for a new breed of U.S. Politicians that are gaining popularity in the U.S.

  • Hey that's adamvstheman!

  • @KramerLeo .. Thanks .. I wish more Americans would support Ron Paul..

  • Some great documentaries to watch...The Corporation (2003) Filmmakers Mark Achbar and Jennifer Abbott explore the genesis of the American corporation, its global economic supremacy and its psychopathic leanings,

Michael Moore The Big One....The One Percent.......

    Every person should watch those.

  • I am very excited for this year!!

  • @lightfoot500

Likely because mainstream media wouldn't touch this stuff with a 10 foot pole, because they are so far up their own asses with broadcasting propaganda and fear.

I don;t care where is comes from as long as it's unbiased and verifiable.

  • Libertarians carry a message of freedom. They believe in a society in which an individual is allowed to do anything they wish - provided they hurt nobody else. In such a society, SOME people will be evil and corrupt - but many more will be good.

If you're worried about sexual and cultural corruption, I'd look a little closer at who controls our media. Liberal Jews in Hollywood have done far more to denigrate American culture than any libertarian movement.

  • Are you sure that libertarians carry a corrupt-free message? Are your ideals absolute and free from fault?

  • I know what you are saying. I'm not in favor of a degenerate culture, I think it weakens the soul of a nation and makes us susceptible to corruption.

However, for a freedom movement to succeed it must spread it's message EVERYWHERE - Las Vegas, New York, Hollywood, etc. Libertarians should not allow themselves to be seen as "square" and "uptight" like the Conservatives, that would be a mistake.

Yes, we should carry ourselves with dignity - but we can't be too prim and prissy either.

  • You're right about the D.C., but as far as Las Vegas, pro-business means pro-corruption, pro-greed, pro-lust and other wonderful things we have embraced lately.

  • The center of corruption, greed and lust would be Washington DC, not Las Vegas.

I have no problem with the Libertarians having a convention in Las Vegas - it's a pro-business city and last time I checked, it's part of America.
