In this episode:

- Dinah and Ben go up to his hotel room and have a drink together
- Blake stops Ben's rendez-vouz with Dinah
- Someone has planted something under the hood of Michelle's car, so it wouldn't start. there is also a recorded death threat in the card on a tape recorder
- Annie, Alan and the photographers find Reva in bed Josh.
- Annie can't believe they lost the battle against the Lewis' and Cassie and that Reva has got Tammy. She and Alan have a fight
- Blake reconsiders Bens offer of going to bed with him
- Cassie apologozes to Billy, Josh and Reva and they forgive her, welcome her into their family.
- Ben offers Annie a drink. That does not bode well.

The music on this show is constant. i loved GL the way it was, but geeze, each scene had it's own sound track. This is the GL I am mourning.

Everything was great except for that 1997 version of Ed Bauer. What were they thinking?!!!

The bigshots at GL need only go back to these episodes to see how they've messed up the show. In 1997, the stories were intriguing, the writing/directing were terrific, the actors/acting were spectacular, the sets were rich, and everything about the show looked like a million dollars. They only have themselves to blame for writing shoddy material in recent years. GL was about family, love, drama, power. Instead, they gave us Peapack, NJ. For shame.

Guiding Light has a history of taking a spitfire of a character and recasting with milquetoast. That's what happened to Eleni, Marina, Cassie, etc.
