Tashi probably doesn't like me talking about FG but the FG exercises are VERY good for your health. A 40 year old FG friend of mine is looks amazing and is probably the healthiest person I've met.

Its a pity Ganeschar is gone. She was the culture expert. I miss her. You can tell her i miss her and the fight goes on.

features wise, they look just like any typical eastern asians. the color of the skin is due to the environment of Tibet (high elevation, low concentrations of oxygen, uv rays and diet). the one who is a racist is you. the girl is born in cali, raise and calif and that is why she is none of the typical skin tones of a real tibetant

@456inthemix ha, love your tibetant pride but some tibetant women are butt ugly too. the girl with her natural light skin shows that she never even spent a day in tibet. tibetants from tibet tend to have a darker skin tone because the hours spend under the intense sunraids and also their environment. if that girl ever spends anytime in the tibetant plateaus, she would not even survive a minute because of the high elevation

the tibetant exiles keep claiming that tibetant is a different race from the chinese, but they look very much like the chinese (asians). if that girl walks by me on the streets, I would believe she is chinese or asian. god, she is beautiful.
