It's owned by the Kramer family of Eaton, Oh. They built it from a Rumley(?) boiler, a winch engine, and an old truck chassis. They kept the transmission so it goes quite fast in top gear (35-40 MPH, I believe, though don't quote me on it.) Earlier that day, they pulled the ride wagon to plowing. I just wish this video had more of that beautiful whistle!
I dont know for sure, but If I had to guess i would say it was an Avery twin simple mounted on a truck chassis, sounds just like em and with the headlight infront of that short chimney I'd say I was pretty close
