The game is played the most in japan. In usa iroha is also considerd top tier. Besides that all the vids you have seen of her are japanese or chinese matches.

Yes the hanzo's name is fusematsuta, he is known as the best hanzo in japan in ss5 and ss6. I have actully played him before he is really good.

Iroha is considerd best player in ss6 in japan. The player using her in this video(mishima) is best in japan with her.
