Disgaea 3: Part 11 - Stage 4-3 and last stage

Stage 4-3
The enemies here level every turn by 10%. This is a good leveling spot for some of the weaker characters. Nothing special here other than quickly killing the enemies before they level out of control.

Stage 4-7 (last stage)
Warping to the back and then destroying the right block and tossing the purple block on the blue panel will boost Ally stats by 50%. So most characters will be powerful while on the blue panel.

I suggest using the online guide on gamefaqs for tips. The strategy guide made for this game is also a great reference and gives you tips on how to get through the toughest stages for new comers. It might be tough at first, but if you really are interested in the game get the guide.
