I found my Amiga SWOS highlights save disk and wondered if it was possible to make an AVI from them...

So I formatted a disk to PC 720k standard on the Amiga, copied the files onto some floppy disks, copied them onto PC hard drive from the floppy, created a virtual hard drive on WinUAE, formatted a virtual floppy disk to create an empty.adf, copied the files from the virtual hard drive to the virtual floppy disk from Workbench on WinUEA, found a version of SWOS that would play them in the emulator, loaded the highlights, capped them, ripped some rounds, learnt how to use Adobe Premier....

These are actual goals scored 10 years ago on my Amiga :D

  • loved it, didnt need to spend weeks reading the bloody booklet to figure it out .

  • @tonycottees nah dude, it was all about Bergkamp and Signiori....

  • Ah, fond memories. Used to be able to destroy most teams with Shearer and Sutton!

  • Thank you for this upload!! so many memories brought back. love you for this!!

  • la giocabilità di questo titolo era spettacolare!!!

  • There were TWO SNES versions, it is real!!!!! One was called "Championship Football 94" and the other one was called Sensible Soccer.

  • I remember playing this non stop. Starting out as little Welsh clubs like Barry Town and playing long enough to be winning the Champions League. Buying players like Roberto Baggio and Alan Shearer to play up front.

Remember it taking an hour to load a new season. Those were the days!

  • I nearly cried when my SWOS manager career ended in 2015... it was (I believe) in 1999, but maybe even better... Maybe I would still be playing it today :)

  • fake
