Where does it say that? there you go making up crap, no evidence in support. Your a hypocrite too...you say,"I want to enforce laws, this is a legal matter, america is a land of law!!!" ....(oh except for the 15th ammendment....we dont like that law. ) the only way that your stupid idea will work is if you say that this law on the books apply only to slaves/blacks..but that is racist YOU IDIOT!! YOU CANT MAKE UP LAWS AND HAVE HTEM APPLY TO CERTIAN COLORS....THEY GO FOR EVERYONE!!! CAPEESH?!!

The birthplace determines jurisdiction of laws defining citizenship, and blood of the parents determines the nationality of the child.
Fix birth certificates to require the parent's birthplace, nationality and immigration status.
See California Gov Codes 241 and 270

That all sounds good but with the treasonous president and politicians along with a dumbed down electorate it is to late in the game to save this former republic.. We have the pretense of law and that is about it. Unfortunately violence and civil war appear to be on the horizon for the former United States.

WHY DOESN'T HE JUST RUN FOR PRESIDENT?
the 14th Amendment also sates "...are Citizens of the United States and of the states in which they reside..." There is a residency requirement for US Citizenship. A legal residency requirement. Because illegal unlawful residence is not residency at all.

No. It's true. Plyler vs. Doe found that illegal aliens are subject to the jurisdiction of the state in which they live. This was their basis for requiring that they be permitted to attend public schools.
