Bottom line my fellow agents, people WILL wait and they are more likely to be less pissed if you can at LEAST give them some form of "my apologies for the wait sir/miss, I'll be right with you" When you ignore people entirely, regardless of your work load, THAT'S when they get pissed.

if you cant take the heat...i would have picked up on this agent's inability to perform her duties when i was training her and immediately let her go.
