Help me out people , me and my friends have this heated debate of who was a worst 1dt pick Russell or Leaf . I say leaf cause the chargers gave up a 1 and a 2 pick to move up to get him , but then im a raider fan . What you guys think?

@screamorockstar Totally agree. Thats what so frustrating. His second year he played very well (13 td's 8 ints) and had some very good games, 18a, 15c against Miami and showed a lot of potential for a 23 year old QB on a weak team. Then i dont know what happened but the next offseason he was totally different, turned up fat, didnt care at all, seemed lazy, such a shame and waste of talent. Russell showed something his 2nd year but it just went to waste. Such a waste

@yoyoyo93092 well at least smith lasted longer than russell. Russell had all the talent in the world and he let it go to a waste. Smith has been mediocre his whole career and at least his defense is making him look like a superstar.. next season will be better for the Raiders cuz palmer will get to know his receivers and they will light it up on the score board.
