We have 2 weeks left!!! I am doing my version of a juice fast (juicing for breakfast and lunch and eating a high protein dinner)

  • First I looked at a video that you made 2 years ago, having a go at skinny people calling themselves fat, and i went to your channel and found your latest video here, Possibly bigger then you were before. and you username is byebyebelly?   • Did you do the math about what that will do to your calories-income? They say, losing weight is healthiest when you eat a bit less than your body would need but don’t eat too few. You have had bad experiences with fasting too much in the past. And at the beginning of the challenge, you seemed very happy when you said, you are eating low calories but not too few – you called that balance, I think. If you do this for getting healthier food, it’s ok. But I wouldn’n recommend lowering your income.

  • i did a juice fast like 3 months ago for 2 weeks i lost 48 lbs , ! ur get realy ungry but fight it, just keep ur self busy ! good luck...

  • Why have you not done a new video :( Is the contest fin ? Who won ? I didn't enter but have been doing really well since new year was very sick after a curry about a month ago and it shocked me into eating better and stopping myself emotionally eating :( I walk 4 miles every day only takes an hour and 2 days of strength training and I've lost 14lbs in 4 weeks while still eating aprox 1,600 cals a day, all good healthy foods. Ok maybe a pack of crisps and a chocolate bar sneaks in from time to t
