Story Summmery:
Summery: AU.Vincent Valentine is hiding from the ShinRa in a small town near Kalm, he, like the rest of the village is aware of a dragon, but it seems to mean no harm. One day Vincent meets up with a stranger, who, like Vincent himself, has something to hide. Some implied mild CidxVincent, which may become more blatent in time.
