Did you Know? Originally, Taaffe O'Connell's character was supposed to be attacked and eaten by the giant worm. The change to her being raped by it was a last minute decision by the director. While she didn't object to doing nudity, she was upset by the fact that the set and the slime that she had to be coated with were both freezing the day of the shoot.

I think Robert Englund's character died off-screen from falling through a large plot hole. Really tragic.

so all of this was some kinda proving ground for the last guy? all the rest were just...chum for the test?! how corny! and what did happen to robert englund's character?? and how do they get off that damn planet?

too much was not explained or left unanswered in this crappy thing. it's not the actor's faults though, i'm annoyed with the writers. the sets were well done for such a low budget and i've seen worse. all they needed was to add some more background and this would've been good

It makes no sense. That last battle only showed that he was scared shitless and had to run, dodge, fight for his life, etc.

And the others had phobias of slugs, misshapen appendages, and tentacles?

Well as an early 80s B movie it did the job, fun and entertaining, but as an episode of C.S.I. Morganthus I thought it was crap :-) They just blasted all the evidence.
