I would get the nuvi 880...u can get it for around $630...buyers beware...there's alot of SCAM with these Garmin GPS if its advertised less than $500...its a scam.

I own the 880 and it's an awesome unit. Never tried the 5000 before. One thing is for sure, they are both very expensive.
