@yoyoskater902 I have an awesome Brian Bear footbag, and my husband Daryl has a Hania footbag so I kick both. We often play with Jim, featured in this video. He currently kicks a Cale bag but he loves to kick Bear Bags and Hania bags too. I had a great footbag made by Liz Nation, but I can't find it!

@TheHimo2110 A "toe up" is where you use your toe to pick the bag up off the ground by scraping the bag with your foot to get it to roll on to your toe. Also called chicken scratch. This can tear the fabric or the seams and is not recommended for high end freestyle bags.
