Excellent bodyweight and medicine ball workout I used a 3KG Medicine ball. and interval timer which I set to 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest.
The workout: Using a 3KG Medicine ball * Skaters * Burpees * Medicine ball close grip press ups * Double squat jumps with medicine ball in front * Seated russian twists (feet on the floor)
I completed 3 rounds with little or no rest inbetween.
