@ph4nt0mc4t he is a dick because he can't adapt to the situation, the guy said something and the interviewer had a big chance to get facts of his life that aren't maybe so -star wars- but might be interesting and deeper than questions for which there are obvious answers like. yeah it's great.. yeah I do it for fans.. etc.

I'm confused as to why people think the interviewer is being a dick. He can only ask questions about Star Wars because that is the only thing he has done. If he was still acting that would be a different story, but I am confused as to why he is at a convention if he didn't wan't to talk about the only relevant thing he has ever done. They stupid questions was him joking to make it less awkward cause Jake was shutting him down the whole time.

Gotta repeat that the interviewer here was a total prick, and unprofessional. All he did was package insults as supposed questions. I think that Jake handled himself better in that situation than I would have. After the "has the star wars thing helped with your editing" bit I was expecting him to peer at him and say "are you F*()&ing retarded?"

Seriously... the guy was a little kid at the time. He didn't realize what a complete doofus George Lucas was and he can hardly be blamed for the horrendous script.

Both come across as dicks. Jake Lloyd seemed annoyed before the interviewer even asked any questions. He was rolling his eyes as the interviewer was introducing him and just seems like he didn't want to be there. The interviewer seemed like he was trying to keep it light with someone who clearly has no sense of humor. Painful to watch on both accounts.

@popspie why don't we just stop the hate in general? Jake Lloyd? Lucas? everything. The road to hell is paved with honest and true intentions. To say that a fan could've done better is an insult. I was actually around his age when TPM came out and I honestly kept getting compared to him as a look-a-like, which to me was a bittersweet thing to be: on one hand you look like Anakin Skywalker, and on the other you look like a now self-professed bad actor. I can't hate on anybody, cept Binks
