That is an original style bumper though I'm unsure if it was original to this car as the back bumper would have had a similar bar as well....

the bars make it look unic i have one the same year same bars front bumper and rear ..........pull the six out drop in a v8 327 /700r4 corvette rearend runs 11s 1/4 mile

@Rockit181 It is. I'm not sure that this is a '71 because by then the back end was black. This may be a '69 because that would acount for the bumper bar and the non black rear end. I'm not 100% sure though. Great car though, I love Triumphs.
