A great post-workout recovery smoothie recipe - raw vegan style. A smoothie is the quickest way to get nutrition into your body after a great workout. The quicker you replace lost glycogen and supply amino acids, the quicker you will recover and the faster you will get.

Several years after making this video, I have modified my recovery smoothie recipe. I now drinks a green smoothie before and after workouts.
