    @miguel552003 Nuts & seeds are a great source of protein - however, it is always advisable to soak them in water for around 4-24 hours prior to consumption, as this removes the 'enzyme inhibitors' that they all contain.

  • @miguel552003 Yes, but don't get the kind of nuts you see at the checkout line at the grocery store, they need to be raw and not cooked in oils. Raw cashews,almonds, etc taste awesome.
