It's the Olive Garden. It's a chain restaurant. Many people either love it or hate it. I don't care. I just like this soup a lot.

This recipe pretty much tastes like the restaurant's version but I had no idea it has bacon in it.

When I cook, I never really measure things unless I'm baking, so I tried my best to make the steps as understandable as possible. Enjoy!

  • I'm going to make this for my girlfriend :)

  • @brightonboarder hope she'll love it!

  • I have a question for favabeany? I was wondering if I can used deer sausage? Anyways you normanly used Italian Sausage for this soup. Thank you for the video

  • @gamita1078 At the Olive Garden restaurants, Italian sausage is used so that's why I made it with that but I'm sure it's possible to use any other sausage as well.

  • Thank you, this is my first time watching your video and I was going along with it while cooking my own Zuppa. I like how detailed you were in the video showing me how to cut the vegetables and how the broth is suppose to look like inbetween ingrediants. It really helped out a lot so I know I'm doing it correctly. Thank you very much!

  • I love Ukrainian BORSH... with smetana... :)

  • do you put oil before putting the bacon in the pan?

  • see how well the cleaver lets he scoop up the chopped onions?

  • I think instead of using a butcher's knife, try a chef's knife!

  • Thanks for the video. I think this is my all time favorite soup and I have never made it at home. I will definitely be making this soup and it's so easy. I don't know why I never tried it before. Thanks again.

  • Great recipe, but painful to watch you cut with that shitty knife

  • @gamita1078 not if you want it to taste like olive garden soup, but yes. Any uncooked sausage will do!

  • just kake your girlfriend to olive garden and save yourself the hassle bro!
