Thank you, this is my first time watching your video and I was going along with it while cooking my own Zuppa. I like how detailed you were in the video showing me how to cut the vegetables and how the broth is suppose to look like inbetween ingrediants. It really helped out a lot so I know I'm doing it correctly. Thank you very much!

I have a question for favabeany? I was wondering if I can used deer sausage? Anyways you normanly used Italian Sausage for this soup. Thank you for the video

@gamita1078 At the Olive Garden restaurants, Italian sausage is used so that's why I made it with that but I'm sure it's possible to use any other sausage as well.
