Perfect Cherry Blossom - SakuyaB, Stage 4

"Dog meat, dog meat~"

Stage 4 is ungodly long and I hate it. Surprisingly, no deaths on the stage itself. I usually have to bomb like twenty times or die a few times on this stage. D:
One thing I do love about this stage is timing the Borders for CherryMAX grazing, particularly the groups of red bullets. Yay, scorefagging~

Midboss - Lily White (リリーホワイト)
Lily is amazing. She has the ALL-POWERFUL ABILITY to announce spring's arrival.
Yet she manages to produce one of the most frustrating midboss attacks ever, without even throwing a spellcard at you.
Holy shit what.

Stage Boss - Primsriver Sisters
Lunasa Prismriver (ルナサ・プリズムリバー)
Merlin Prismriver (メルラン・プリズムリバー)
Lyrica Prismriver (リリカ・プリズムリバー)

Oh my god this battle was SO FUCKING AWFUL ;______________;

Being Stage 4 bosses, the battle with the Prismrivers changes depending on who you chose. For the two opening attacks, Lunasa attacks Reimu, Lyrica attacks Marisa, and Merlin attacks Sakuya. Merlin is pretty ZUN's way of laughing at you and is stupid hard, especially with Sakuya's focused speed. Amazingly, I managed to dodge her first two attacks with no deaths.

AND THEN EVERYTHING WENT TO SHIT.

Noisy Sign [Phantom Dining]

This is a pivotal card; whomever you damage the most during this card decides your next attacker. I chose to attack Lunasa the most, since her attacks are generally the easiest on Normal.

String Performance [Guarneri del Gesù]
弦奏「グァルネリ・デル・ジェス」
This is, in theory an easy card. Then you remember how fast Sakuya moves when focused, and it's suddenly not so easy. Bullets from all sides in patterns /just/ different enough to appear random. ;_;

Funeral Concert [Prism Concerto]
合葬「プリズムコンチェルト」
This is also an incredibly easy card that I COMPLETELY FUCKED UP ON ARGH
Staying under Merlin makes this easy, since the bullets mostly divert away from her when they get close, allowing for easy damage. I have no idea how I died here ;_;

Great Funeral Concert [Ghostly Wheel Concerto Grosso]

Well, I had to get at least one card down, right? ;-;
This card is just beautiful to look at on Hard and Lunatic. I love it on those difficulties (not that I can actually beat them). c:

I hate using Sakuya. I always use Marisa because of her piercing laser and her not-so-fast focused speed.
