They have messed up with me a lot but usually in a bad way they charged me over on my bill for nothing and on my TV service they fucked things up haha but they have never fucked up stuff in a good way for me :/

thats cool AT&T did the samething with us and our DSL modem we had one go bad so they said it was not yet a year old well really it was 2 years old anyways they sent us 3 NEW DSL modems for FREE lol
