@MrLifewatcher It's mildy sweet and the other flavours greatly depend on what source the pollen has come from. You can eat it as is or mixed into smoothies.

Bee Polen looks amazing, obviously in moderate amounts because is high in sugars including fructose (like fruits)...
How much healthy is bee pollen in terms of glycimic index?
