@IdentityHero - "White" rice in general is not considered healthy at all. It's devoid of nutrients (while some may be enriched with protein) and is stripped of nutrients. It's nothing but useless carbs. Brown rice is better and even tastes better to me, but many people may also have gluten intolerance in the first place.
