点滴シーンは本物で針が腕に刺さったまま踊りヘッドバンキング、手術後の痛みに耐えながらの屋外撮影、手術前の腹部の血のついたガーゼは自身の血液が染みたものを使用する­など、映像はとことん本物にこだわり、編集も手術後に病室で行った。
