Lotus is, I think, a stunning example of how to set up a team. They have built a car that was reliable enough to finish one of the hottest races of the year, and they designed it in 5 months. They have been open and honest and very non-corporate. They have shown huge respect and passion for the name they're taking on. And they're the best of the new teams, despite being the latest to enter the championship. Oh, and to boot, the car is eye-poppingly beautiful. Stunning.
