25cc Poulan Weedeater Engine converted for RC. I bought it new and pulled the engine right away. No mods , just added a propeller adapter.

question, the crankshaft is balanced yes or no, if the crankshaft is balanced why leave the flywheel on? the spinner and propeller work as a flywheel on a regular engine. is the magneto pat of the flywheel?

The magneto is on the flywheel yes so you cannot remove it

Was were the specifications for the propellor. diameter and pitch? thanks

It is a 16 X 9 that is a bit too much for this engine. 15 X 8 or 15 x 6 would have been better

How do you get it to make that sound? mine just sound like a scooter not a real aircraft motor

I used a 14X8 wood pusher prop with a blower engine and it produces way more than enough thrust to sufficiently power a bicycle with me on it and i weigh 120 pounds and i doubt that any rc plane would weigh more than that..

Hey, all, I am trying to mount a pair of 31cc weadeater engines onto a glider i built, but i have no idea what prop size to get! PLEASE HELP
