I've had GAD, un-diagnosed ever since I was like 5 or 6 years old. Now I'm 15. I only recently found out what it was but I've suffered from many symptoms for so long! It sucks. I told my mom I think I have it. She was like "Maybe you should see a counselor." Then she did nothing. I told her multiple times about it and she didn't do anything. I can't buy this thing, I don't have money. I looked up some techniques online that help a little, but it still affects me. I just don't know what to do :(

@krexparadon What does being educated have to do with anxiety attacks. The last time I checked, anxiety attacks don't discriminate. The rich, poor, young, old, married, single, gay, straight, black, white, etc. ALL can get them.

@hritovaxi thats not what a panic attack is.....alot of people mis-use the word panic or anxiety attack because of what the word panic or anxiety tells you in the dictionary. An anxiety or panic attack has to do with mental illness, it happens when your brain chemicles are inbalanced. its a mental disorder, its not being scared of something.
I have had attacks in the past. I consider myself normal, educated and a good contributor to society.. I hope this works...

I had my first attack a week ago, I was on a plane flying to chicago...I got scared like the plane was going to crash. My heart was pounding, I started sweating, utter terror.. I shakingly got up and went to the bathroom and cried.
