  • Maybe if he started to cut corners by first getting rid of that gas guzzling SUV in his driveway he can start to turn things around. People want to live an extravagant life but when the shit hits the fan they don't want to live in reduced circumstances.

  • Sorry. I feel bad for these people but no fuckin way I want to pay for it. Like a few others here said: rent

  • @pineapple1969 dont forget, they blame everyone else for their problems too.

  • @pineapple1969

You sir don't have a clue what your saying.

That man's SUV is not the reason our country is in such a mess.

It is because California wants everyone of it's legal or illegal citizens to have a house.

California is now in be trouble because they want to help the people who don't want to help them selfs.

  • @blaknoizee I never said I would never buy a home or rent forever, what I said was I'm 28 and have NEVER bought a home. Meaning that I rent right now and I have not bought a home yet. Maybe you should look in the mirror and correct yourself, before calling people names. Just a thought.

  • @82Nikkis stupidiest idea I've ever heard. Y would u rent your entire life? As dude said, when you hit 65 or so what are u gonna do? Keep working to pay rent? Leave nothing for your children to ether sell or live in or rent out in time of need? Stupid ass.

  • @aitraining although this is a year old. How the fuck can y say such a thing? He isnt 20 anymore, not everyone likes a fuckin condo. Rent an apartment when your nearing retirement age? The fuck outta here. THEY purchased the home to raise a family in, THEY are currently still raising those children. THEY intended to own their home at some point in time. Wait till you get in a bind, just wait, u might just show up on here and u can see random people talk shit about ur situation.

  • @jawsrock1 There is not a bank in the world that would give me a loan...lol.

  • @82Nikkis And what will you have when your 65? Certainly not equity which will be VERY helpful. Really you should consider it if it's possible for ya.

  • @belligerentSquirrel Actually, it's TWO $50k trucks (one is an SUV). Saving up and buying something you can afford is the smart way to do it. It's such an obvious way to go, yet so many people are just not smart enough to understand. Good luck.

  • house prices need to drop! every place people look for a job are low wages... even if this person wants to sell the guzzler, I personaly wouldn't take it for FREE!

  • This is why I'm 28 and NEVER bought a home...rent, rent, rent. I have the freedom to pick up and leave whenever I want. OUR tax dollars are paying to keep these big banks open, but when we the people need help from the bank they slap us in the face...Screw the whole system, it sucks.
