it's 3-ply, and I'm not sure what the diameter is (prob 2 or 3 inches)

Strength is a lot, but with technique you can get around some of the really hard stuff (with a bit of creativity). :-)

Mostly in the arms and legs i guess... Do you use weights to achive that strength or is practising enough?
