And that person doesn't realize we get "radiated" every single day with thousands if not millions of RF/X-RAY signals (not to mention the computer that person was using to type that....) and none of us are morbidly mutated :P
-
To the person that says ultrasound uses radiation...guess again. It does not have anything to do with that. You cannot get x-rays...you CAN get ultrasounds...they are completely safe or they wouldn't provide them.
-
its perfectly safe and it only costs $150 and if you can't afford it then you shouldn't have bought your iphone... liberals need to stop being so dumb, who cares if you want to see your baby in 3d, its not your child so go worry about something else
-
so cool - I was wondering what my little one was up to in my belly... if this scan is anything to go by he is having a wonderful time! MsGerorgia you can get these for around £200 in the UK.
-
omg i really want one! I'm 23 weeks and live in the uk do you know how much they cost??
-
no matter what it costs in money, you are still radiating your unborn baby!!! ya it's nice for the parents to see their child before it's born, but how do you think the baby enjoys the radiation getting beamed through the mothers stomach? probably not too much. and before anyone blasts me for it, look up the information on your own. just because a technology exists, does not mean it isn't harmful. nobody researches, they just jump head first into it cause it's 'neat'.

Aww I can't wait for mine ^_^
-
cool. just cool.

Im sorry , but you are wrong. A 3-D/4-D ultrasound only costs around $90. My wife is about 24 weeks and I bought her a session. It cost me $160 for the 3-D ultrasound, massage, video , pictures, and a bear. Its really reasonably priced

What's sad is that all this "revolutionary" medical technology stems from the inventor's intention of bettering humanity. The reality is only 2% of the population can afford it.

Well, you are right, but isn't it so with all new technologies? For instance Mobile Cellular phones... In the near future I suppose it will be available for many many more people.
