The video "Beauty of Life" denotes that an office lady was extricated from her anxiety and agitation and found the beauty of life after her resignation.
Being a typical urban female, the heroine was trapped in her dull and tedious job, and she felt that the city was grey and letting her down. Finally, she decided to get rid of such life through resignation. On her way back home, relaxed, she discovered the beauty of the city, such as the lovely city sidewalks, colorful balloons and well-decorated posters, etc, which she never realized. With the comparison of her frame of mind before and after resignation, audience are expected to perceive that the beauty always surrounds us, as long as we are willing to slow down and appreciate it. Five parts construct the whole plot of our story as follows, "home", "the way to resignation", "the office building", "discovery of beauty" and "back home". These parts are closely connected with the contrast between "home" and "back home" , "the way to resignation" and "discovery of beauty", as well as within "the office building" itself. Shots varying in different camera angles, framing, and moves are widely applied in this video. Concepts of semiotics have also been penetrated throughout the filming.
