Sonic wind=chaos spear, and Sonic has helped make wormholes just like Shadow. That only leaves Chaos Blast, which takes up too much energy to be practical in combat. And again, take away Shadow's rocket shoes and he has absolutely no chance.

@dod127 Sorry, but he can't use most of Shadow's abilities, he can only use chaos control (with a Chaos Emerald's power), although he is still faster. Regardless, rule of protagonists means that he wil win no matter what.

Not really.Sonic really is stronger than Shadow. Sonic is already much faster than him even with his jet shoes, and he can use most of Shadow's chaos powers when he wants to. He chooses not to though because they are lame.

In this game it reflects the moment that Shadow was a villain rather than hero. So Shadow has to lose.

Yeah, Shadow is a good guy himself but he does things much differently. Might be why he's a freelance GUN operative after his self-titled game. Sonic doesn't like having to deal with strict regulations and such.

@Randomness159DOOM Technically he is stronger, but Sonic always beats him for 2 reasons. 1, Sonic knows how to use his speed. 2, Sonic's the hero, and will ALWAYS win (except Sonic Riders).
