This is the intersection at which the final scene of cast away was shot it is about 10 miles from my house in Canadian TX. Me and my brother did our best to replicate it

God your a lucky man to have done that, I envy you, in the right way. Castaway is my all time favourite film and it always will be. A true work of art and of love. I remember when I first saw this film, I was with the love of my life and so happy. I thought I was able to show my feelings with ease because of her, but I was wrong. I wish some people told the truth about love. Some just don't know what love is, I wish she would have known what it was and forgiven me, because that's what love is.
