This is a trailer for the wonderful fanfiction by LadyMoonGlow called "Have You Ever."

It is a Tom Riddle/ Hermione Granger story. The war is nearly lost, and Dumbledore sends Hermione, Draco, Harry, Ron, and Ginny back in time to stop the young Lord Voldemort. Hermione takes main responsibility of the mission, and ends up complicating her life in ways you couldn't imagine. I'll let you read the rest.
