SMH Howthats why you have too many churches with ppl coming In n not being set free, because we prefer to hide the real issues under the rug. Youth n adults now days are seeking truth. And if the truth shall set u free, to be free u must come to an understanding of your issues.

Most groups are really superficial anyways, just masquerading as deep.
If the facilitator/leader hasn't dealt with their own inner emotional baggage, internal critical voices, unhealthy mental images, etc.etc., they are not able to be there for similar processes in others.
Just try to open up with something more profoundly personal or emotionally charged in any “deep” group and you’ll see how quickly you’ll be reminded that it’s “an inappropriate self-disclosure!”
