  • @FaceFlowMessenger it's important to practice proper form, even when using a light weight. that way when you go to a heavier weight, you won't be in the habit of doing it wrong, which could result in injuring yourself.

  • @Dynikus And that's fine. That's a light weight, especially to not get injured from even while you're naturally standing! (not even HYPER EXTENDED...)

  • Too much weight...her knees are wobbling and not being kept aligned. This put some serious pressure on the medial and lateral side of the knee joint...this bitch is just asking for a torn meniscus over time.
