Your all nutters. Somali people are one and the same wheather they live in the north or south. Somaliland will never be allowed into the UN because its made up of 3 villages and the majority of somali people including people in somaliland don't recognise it as a country. Wake up! You must join the federal government in the effort to unite the country... SOMALIA :)

Yes I have read the report & it was not damning but highlighted more needs to be done, which is true.

Currently corruption & fraud is not such that it restricts the economic expansion of Somaliland fraud has not reached the level seen in other African countries.

Yes it was independent for 5 days but 34 nations recognised it. So the AU has no choice under its constitution but to recognise SLand.

Hahaha, how is it a blessing?! Somaliland already has fraud and it is not even taking care of its citizen... Riyoole and his fat wife are taking the proceeds of taxes which are hitting the roof. People aren't allowed to fish freely. The Berbera Port, which is the only one is so expensive to use.

Somaliland was independent for 5 days. You have tried to be recognized for 18 years and doesn't seem to have worked yet. Have you read the Amnesty International report? It is damning!

Somaliland being currently unrecognised is a BLESSING as it gives it time to build its civil institutions without major fraud & for it to become self reliant.

Once Somaliland achieves international recognition, and it well Inshallah, the country will be in a better position to deal with the influx of trade & investment as the institutions will be already established.

Somaliland was independent in the 60's & had international recognition & will have it again soon, that will be a great day.
