@seanman70 Actually Ohio State dominated most of the game. Ken Dorsey couldn't stay off his back.

Everytime I see this it makes me sick!! Pass interference? No way!! Facemask? Maybe. The fact is the ref threw the flag several seconds AFTER the play. The ref clearly didn't see the facemask or he would have called that. Seems like the refs were looking to throw a flag on SOMETHING. They missed this altogether. Holding-no, PI-no, Facemask?-Maybe but that isn't what was called. Doesn't matter what the writers say about this call. Their opinion and 50 cents will get you a small cup of joe!!

Miami was robbed!

@ruffradas1820 Are you blind? at 2:43 you can clearly see Gamble's facemask being held. Idiot.

@seanman70 No. Ohio State had the game won in regulation. Miami not only got away with pass interference on a 3rd and 6 with 2:50 left in regulation when Gamble had his jersey damn near ripped off of him twice but Gamble clearly caught the ball in bounds and would have given Ohio State a first down but the refs said he was out of bounds. Replay told a different story. The right team won. It just should have been in regulation. Look it up.

everyone saying this is a bad call... bullshit. according to NCAA rules and regulations that is a clear case of both pass interference and most importantly defensive holding as that close to the end zone contact must be broken. also there were 3 potential penalties that could be called with the same result. 1st and goal on the 1 yard line. cry all you want but the right call was made. if you want to cry about a bad call watch this years rose bowl game where wisconsin got cheated out of a safety

face mask? lol there was no face mask there at all. secondly you are allowed to jam the receiver within 5 yards. Being that the ball was on the 5 yard line the DB was allowed to jam him til the endzone. (The Db hardly made contact during the jam, so the jamming rule has nothing to do with it. so it is impossible to be holding.) lastly the ball clearly hit OSU's receiver before the the DB from miami hit him, so that negates the pass interference. So you tell me what the penalty was?

that is horseshit!!!! miami won that game!

@FasterNFurious First of all it's University of Miami you clown, second of all I hate Miami. You also spelled Blender wrong. You said "Blunder". Get an education please. You just proved yourself to be a loser. I bet you still live in your mom's basement. Get a life :]
This is a joke. defensive holding occurs before the qb releases the ball so why does the flag get thrown 5 seconds after the play? D Holding is thrown the second the act is committed. With that being said, the ref obviously attempts to call holding, realizes he f'ed up, then quickly switches his motion to pass interference. Again, 5 seconds after the play. Regardless of what was printed by the media, of coarse the big 12 is going to cover their back side. These type of calls have ruined the game
