I got the 1.9 today but google says there is 10 MPH of wind out side but when I go out there there's hardly any. I got it up for a few seconds but than the wind stopped blowing. Anyway I usually hate windy days but now I can't wait til we get one.

I would have to say no. Get the 1.9 and have fun! Or possibly a P4, but these would only be starter kites for anyone seeking big traction. The 1.9 is a very fast foil. Once you learn it extremely well try taking it out in 25-30mph winds. Please be cautious fly safely!
