I hope I never get stroke, other than the fact that no one wants a stroke I fear if I do survive and get a foreign accent it'd be an Indian one, and I really dislike the Indian-English accent.

@TheSomnambulist06 I'm glad it is not just me. I spend so many years being friends with Spanish and Chinese people that when I talk I don't have an accent but people still think I am foreign.

Are you mentally challenged? what gives you the impression foreigners think less of themselves? It feels pretty good to speak a few languages, especially when you know it better than the average native speaker. And if I may add, accents are never a barrier to being great.
