Build log located at http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1426247

This is the testing of the wing sweep mechanism for my 1/9th F-14 Parkjet. I'll put up a more detailed build log video in the next few weeks, and of course as more updates are available I'll get those posted too...

  • Very Nice, did you use something special for the servo control or are you just using a servo slower?

  • @bobsiopener

Servo is actually a gearbox servo from servocity... it is a SPG645A with a 360* potentiometer. By default it only travels at 1.72sec/60*, so I don't think I need to slow it down any more. 1143oz of torque is nice though :-)
