Lance got me into cycling. He is the man and an inspiration to many people. Thanks for a lifetime of memories.

@1T9O8M7 The TDF is the hardest race, yes, but what about Paris-Roubaix and the other Monuments? And the Giro and Vuelta mean something tremendous as well. You know who was able to achieve all of that don't you?

the way i see it is, he almost died because of cancer and that gives a person a unimaginable determindation after they servive to push through things which people who havent had a near death expericance could never fully understand, add to that, he is am amazing athlete and you have yourself one of the best sports heros ever and easily the best cyclist of all time
