All dogs go to Heaven. I have a two year old Brittany and my life would not be the same if Rusty was gone.

Reminds me of my 12 y.o. brittany boy, Christopher Digger(aka Diggerdawg). Three months after I had to have his daughter "T-Bone" put down, I had to do the same for Digger. I felt like I had been run over by a truck.

There is a great little book named "Another Autumn:The Rufus Chronicle" by C.W. Gusewelle that makes for a really good read for Britanny lovers-epecially after having to endure saying goodbye to an old friend. You can get it used on Amazon online for next to nothing.

My dog passed away as well so I know how you feel. He was 12 1/2 and didn't look it..probably because he had four kids to keep him young. Lovely tribute. To whoever has a brittany or dog, cherish them and they'll love youe eternally. Don't regret anything, I don't. Best 12 years of my life was spent with Bow.

Aww, sugar is a cutie. My brittany is 10 1/2 years old. Her name is Sara. They are such crazy, crazy dogs! Sara still acts like she's a puppy. (With a little grey on the edges.) Your videos were great. Thank you for sharing! -MissMonica-&Sara (Gingeroot Of Zion)

Wow, that was great. I went through the same thing with our 13yo Brit a couple months ago, it was crushing to us too. You did these tributes right. Be strong.
