Rob Zombie didnt ruin Halloween. The sequals fucked it up. Zombie made Michael Myers cool again. John Carpenter's Halloween is obviously the best. The people that say Zombie ruined Halloween are just ignorant people who just don't get it.

RZ didn't ruin the franchise. Ever see Halloween Resurrection? That movie featured a kung fu scene b/w Michael and Busta Rhymes. it was cool to see another director's take on the Myers legend. doesn't ruin the franchise. the original will always remain a classic

@1990smithers I thought Halloween and Nightmare were not only bad remakes, but of the worst films I've ever seen in my film. Yick. Friday was no worse than the original films, though.

I've wondered about that shot too....maybe it works as a sort of disconnect....Myers is like watching himself almost from a 3rd person POV.....that is how the character seems to behave....don't know for sure though!
